See the gap between
your intentions
and your life.
Goals passively reads your calendar, spending, health, and weekly voice reflections — then shows you, every Monday, whether your real behavior matches the person you say you want to be.

How it works
Most goal apps ask you to log everything. Goals does the opposite: it reads the data your phone already collects, and quietly grades you against what you said you wanted.
-
01
Write your goals
Tell Goals what actually matters — fitness, career, money, relationships, whatever. Your list, not a template.
-
02
Live your week
Goals quietly reads your calendar, spending, and health data. It never asks you to log anything. It just watches what's really happening.

Read the briefing
Every Monday morning: an honest alignment score, where your time and money actually went, and one small action to close the gap.
Four signals.
One weekly truth.
Time
Calendar events classified against your goals, so you see where your hours actually go.
Money
Spending sorted into categories that reflect what you actually care about — not 47 generic buckets.
Body
Steps, sleep, and activity pulled from Apple Health — processed on-device, never uploaded raw.
Voice
Sixty-second weekly reflections, transcribed on-device, analyzed for how you actually feel.
Your data
doesn't leave you.
Goals touches some of the most sensitive data on your phone — your calendar, your bank, your health, your voice. We treat it that way.
- Apple Health is processed entirely on-device. Only derived daily metrics leave your phone — never raw workouts, heart rate, or sleep data.
- Bank connections run through Plaid, with access tokens stored in Supabase Vault. The device never sees your credentials.
- Row Level Security is enforced on every table. You can only read your own rows. So can we.
- No ads. No data sales. Goals is a paid subscription when it launches. That's the entire business.
